Return & Refund Policy

(All Sales Final – Washington State Compliant)

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through this website (“Site”). Under Washington law, a business is not required to accept returns or provide refunds for non-defective goods, provided that its policy is clearly disclosed prior to purchase. This document serves as that disclosure.


All Sales Final

Due to the artistic, custom, and digital nature of the Company’s products and services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, cancellation, exchange, or credit:

  • Digital downloads

  • Custom artwork

  • Edited or retouched images

  • Online galleries

  • Photographer-created products

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Any product delivered electronically

  • Any service that begins immediately upon purchase

By purchasing through this Site, the customer acknowledges and agrees that these products and services are inherently non-returnable and non-refundable.

Any exceptions to this policy are made solely at the discretion of Joy Full Frames Photography and must be confirmed in writing.


Defective or Misdelivered Files

If a digital file is corrupted, fails to download, or an incorrect file is delivered, the Company will provide a corrected replacement file at no cost.

No refunds will be issued for file-delivery issues.


Chargebacks

Customers must contact the Company directly with any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback in violation of this clearly disclosed policy may constitute an unfair or deceptive act under Washington law.

Joy Full Frames Photography reserves the right to dispute any improper or unauthorized chargeback and to provide this policy, order records, and delivery confirmation as evidence.
